Greg White
Mr. White demonstrates an uncompromising dedication and commitment to his clients and to their cases. His knowledge and experience extend to all types of prosecutions, and he has successfully defended criminal charges throughout the Province of Alberta in matters tried both before a judge alone and in matters tried before a judge and jury.
His focus is on full preparation, obtaining complete disclosure, challenging evidence illegally obtained, and the effective cross examination of Crown witnesses. With his team, Mr. White utilizes technological resources and effective investigation to ensure that your case, no matter its complexity, is vigorously defended.
Mr. White has travelled extensively throughout the world and has an appreciation of how other nations address criminal prosecutions. His passion toward educating others has manifested itself in his teaching Criminal Law at European Universities.
Justin Dean
Criminal defence lawyer servicing all of Alberta. Originally from the small town of Tobermory, Ontario, Justin Dean attended the University of Guelph receiving a Bachelor of Science in Biomedical and Neuroscience with honours in 2012.
Mr. Dean received his Juris Doctorate from Schulich School of Law at Dalhousie University in Halifax, Nova Scotia graduating with distinction and an aptitude for criminal defence. In 2018, Justin Dean worked with the Dalhousie Legal Aid Clinic first gaining the taste for criminal defence in the Provincial and Supreme Court of Nova Scotia, Youth Division. After articling on Vancouver Island at a fast paced, competitive criminal defence firm, Justin Dean was called to the bar in BC in 2021. He made appearances from Powell River to Cranbrook and everywhere in between.
Soon after becoming a lawyer, Justin Dean transferred his license to practise law to Alberta where he now calls his home servicing Lethbridge, Medicine Hat, Calgary, Red Deer, and Edmonton.
Justin Dean’s success stems from a dedicated work ethic, confident court presence, and knowledge that comes from punching above his weight class. Formally trained in Muay Thai in Koh Lanta, Thailand, Justin does not shy away from a fight and will put these skills to work for you.
Connor MØrk
Connor Mørk is an articulate and dedicated legal professional with a passion for criminal law, and a commitment to advocating for justice across Southern Alberta. As a recent graduate of the Foreign-Trained Lawyers Program at the University of Calgary, he offers a unique perspective shaped by his extensive experience in both Canadian and UK legal settings. Connor studied at the prestigious Inns of Court School of Law, in London England, and holds a Master of Laws from City University of London. He is certified by the National Committee on Accreditation (NCA) to practice in Canada, and was recognized by the University of Calgary with the 2024 Star Advocate Award.
Connor has hands-on experience in criminal defence in both the UK and Canadian legal settings, he worked in several Calgary-based law firms, and Barrister’s Chamber’s and Charitable organisations in London England. His roles involved direct client engagement, assisting in court proceedings, and preparing critical legal memoranda and conducting legal research and drafting. Moreover, Connor has a solid foundation in municipal administration, where he has managed public consultations, and provided legal, and regulatory guidance to local government bodies.
With a proactive approach and unwavering dedication to client-centered advocacy, Connor is excited to contribute meaningfully to Southern Alberta’s legal community, bringing a diverse set of skills to support clients in need.
